Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Clinics

Full payment must be called in at 978-499-0063 between 2-7 PM by Sunday 2/16. In the event that payment is not received on time, your child's spot will be given to someone on the waiting list. Monetary reimbursements will not be made to any dropouts after full payment is received. Hitting Academy and Mini Ballers: $180/general player $150/Rip City player $320/set of siblings Catchers Academy: $220/general player $190/Rip City player $400/set of siblings *Front Toss Club is pay on-site and drop-in based. No commitment to specific dates is necessary.

Rip City USA Softball Tryouts

Tryouts are always FREE

Summer Camp 2025

Payment for the entire camp will be made by calling The Sports Factory at 978-499-0063 by July 1st, 2025. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if plans change and you are no longer able to attend camp. Reimbursements will not be made once payment is received.
